My VC10 trunk regression tests failed last night with the error

I tried deleting the tools_bjam directory (which contained the exisiting
bjam.exe), and it then failed to build bjam with the error:

builtins.c(30) : fatal error C1083: Cannot open include file: 'sys/wait.h': No
such file or directory

Is the build broken on visual studio?
