Sure.

using clang : tot-11
        : "/Sources/LLVM/build/llvm-cmake-nodebug/bin/clang++"
        : <cxxflags>"-std=c++11 -stdlib=libc++ -I /Sources/LLVM/libcxx/include" <linkflags>"-stdlib=libc++"
        ;

The actual clang++ executable is built from the LLVM sources about an hour before the test runs start.
