Here are the steps to set up the toolchain:

svn checkout http://svn.boost.org/svn/boost/trunk boost
mkdir trunk
cd boost/tools/regression/build
b2 boost_report

then find the boost_report executable in the build directory
and copy it into the directory that you're running the
script in.

To run the script:

boost/tools/regression/src/build_results.sh trunk

The upload requires ssh access.  You'll need to contact
Rene for that.
