I'm seeing some tests getting stuck when they are almost complete. They get
to the point of:

# Getting test case results out of
"/home/tomkent/teeks99-09/b/results/bjam.log"...
boost_root: /home/tomkent/teeks99-09/b/boost
locate_root: /home/tomkent/teeks99-09/b/results
------------------

I've only seen it on clang tests so far, but that could be a coincidence.
Are there changes going in here related to the git move?

I was just trying to get one last run of all the tests in after svn
lockdown, but that won't happen if these can't complete.
