Beyond the question of why command_cleanup() is being called without
arguments in the first place, isn't there is a second problem? When
command_cleanup is called without arguments, it first deletes boost_root,
and then deletes three directories, two of which are in boost_root.
Shouldn't the if 'source'... and if 'bin'... blocks of code be reversed?
