Yes.

Putting in the regression script would presumably fix the immediate
problem, but would mask the problem John mentioned that it shouldn't be
necessary.
Because we need to get regression testing going ASAP, I may do just that
later today. But first I want to see if I can replicate the problem, since
failure to generate headers is a serious problem.
