No change in behavior from a run script downloaded today, 1pm (1 hour
ago). I removed my empty user.hpp, and that's where it's stuck now.

Full gory detail at:

I got my script from
https://raw.github.com/boostorg/boost/develop/tools/regression/src/run.py

(Redirects to this from
https://github.com/boostorg/boost/blob/develop/tools/regression/src/run.py.)

Might this change have been added too late in the sequence? (I.e., after
process_jam_log.exe is built?)
