Many tests failed on msvc-8 this morning:

..\boost/config.hpp(26) : fatal error C1083: Cannot open include file: 'boost/config/user.hpp': No such file or directory

I think the git pull malfunctioned.

I don't see anything in stdout/stderr that tells me the git pull(s) failed.
