I did a "run.py --tag=develop update-source", then ran bootstrap.bat for 
a new bjam.exe.

I'm doing a MinGW-w64-4.7 regression now that should finish tonight. 
I'll check the matrix tomorrow, and use this bjam.exe from here on.
