Hi,
There are a lot of warning due to C99 variadic macros.

We need add

-Wno-c99-extensions for c++98

-Wno-variadic-macros for C++11

I don't know how to add them selectively with bjam.

Please could you add them explicitly on your user.config in order to be 
able to see what is going wrong?
