Looks like it failed in a similar way:
../../../boost/mpl/aux_/include_preprocessed.hpp:37:90: fatal error:
boost/mpl/aux_/preprocessed/gcc/or.hpp: No such file or directory
...
...skipped <pbin/gcc-4.8.3~c11/release>process_jam_log for lack of
<pbin/gcc-4.8.3~c11/release>process_jam_log.o...
...
Exception: Cannot find "process_jam_log" in any of the following locations:
/home/ben/development/boost/test/build/develop/process_jam_log
/home/ben/development/boost/test/build/develop/boost_root/tools/regression/build
