Since I haven't heard any further problems with the new regression test
scripts I would like all testers to switch to using the new regression
repo. As before:

* Clear out any existing test data.
* Download the new run.py from <
https://raw.githubusercontent.com/boostorg/regression/master/src/run.py>.
* Make changes to your patch scripts to account for the new subdirectories
(they all now start with "boost_".
* Make changes to any wrapper scripts you have that run the testing.
* Run testing as usual.

Please mention any problems you have ASAP.

I would also like all testers, even those that already switched to the new
scripts, to mention which tester IDs are running the new scripts. So that I
can keep track of whom is pending to switch.
