How often does the build regressions website get updated? And I notice
the report dates/times seem a bit off. Certainly don't appear to
correspond to UTC like they purport to be, so I'm having difficulty
knowing when they're actually updated :p

Also, is there a tool to generate the reports for my own testing
locally, so I don't have to wait on the website to update?
