Subject: [Boost-testing] Failures on igaztanaga-develop

I am kindly requesting some assistance resolving the test matrix
failures for Beast compiled on various igaztanaga-develop
configurations:

http://www.boost.org/development/tests/develop/developer/output/igaztanaga-develop-gcc-4-9c++14-boost-bin-v2-libs-beast-test-beast-websocket-close-test-gcc-4-9c+-dbg-thrdp-wn32-thrd-mlt.html

Seems like we need a configuration setting to enable large object
files or something? Is that possible?

http://www.boost.org/development/tests/develop/developer/output/igaztanaga-develop-gcc-6-1c++14-boost-bin-v2-libs-beast-test-beast-websocket-accept-test-gcc-6-1c+-dbg-thrdp-wn32-thrd-mlt.html

Something looks defective with the stdlib here, because <mutex> is
included correctly.

The other stuff is a bunch of warnings that need to be resolved in
their respective libraries, thanks!
