[Boost-testing] How do major updates to 'test grid' happen (adding/removing tests)

In the coming days I hope to make a commit for date_time that will make it all inline and thus eliminate a large number of redundant tests  - dll versus non-dll for example. Also dropping support for some now obsolete features with also reduced the test set to run.

So the question is, how does this get translated into the html matrix since it’s updated one tester at a time?  Is there anything I need to do to facilitate the transition?
