I've found Robert Sedgewick's book "Algorithms in C++" to be quite useful.
He has several chapters devoted to graph algorithms. He explains some of the
basics, then demonstrates how to implement the algorithms. There are a lot
of other algorithms covered as well (string processing, searching and
sorting algorithms, geometric algorithms, and so on).
