Does a failure on the Compiler Status chart
http://www.boost.org/status/cs-win32.html indicate that a certain
compiler cannot use the boost libraries fully?
Take for instance, the failure of Visual C++ reported against
libs/concept_check/class_concept_fail_expected.cpp: What exactly does
this failure mean to a user of the boost libraries? Does it render
the boost library or some portion therein unusable by the VC++
programmer?
Thanks!
