Feature requests are a gray area that may be applicable on both
lists. Regardless, we as moderators should ensure that such requests
don't go unnoticed. I'll start a thread amongst the moderators to
determine how we'll officially handle this particular issue. In the
mean time, assume that nothing will drop through the cracks.
