Boost.Signals is indeed a signals & slots library. It has been accepted into 
Boost pending some revisions requested by reviewers (some of which have 
required substantial internal changes).

The version of Signals that was reviewed is available in the Boost files area:
  http://groups.yahoo.com/group/boost/files/Callback/signals-20020214.tgz

An updated version will be available shortly (probably this week) that 
addresses reviewer comments. At this point, only the lack of updated 
documentation is causing the delay.
