Compiling problem

Hi.
Compiling "test_pool_alloc.cpp" on Windows2000(MS Visual C++ 6.0)I 
got a number of warnings and errors:
Help me please to resolve these problems ( I want to use Boost in our 
Windows & VxWorks project)
