Can't build library under vc7

Hi,

I use

> cl
Microsoft (R) 32-bit C/C++ Optimizing Compiler Version 13.00.9254 for 80x86
> cd /wrk/sft/boost/libs/python/build
> bjam -sTOOLS=vc7
