Thanks! That worked. The MSVCNT example on
http://www.boost.org/tools/build/build_system.htm must be left over from a
previous version.

This is my command line (saved in a batch file):
bjam -sTOOLS=msvc -sBUILD=release -sMSVC_ROOT=D:\msvs\VC98
-sVISUALC=D:\msvs\VC98

I don't think MSVCNT is used
