Boost CVS shows for the RC branch the lines
375 template<class M, class F = lower>
376 class triangular_adaptor;
These look OK for me.

Do the ublas regression tests (/libs/numeric/ublas) work for you? What
happens, if you compile your program with older or newer gcc version? Is it
possible to reproduce this problem in a small test case?
