Scott,

Karl Fogel was kind enough to make the CVS parts of his book "Open
Source Development with CVS" (http://cvsbook.red-bean.com/cvsbook.html)
available on the web. It is quite good, though I have found a few
mistakes. The Cederqvist manual (http://www.cvshome.org/docs/manual/)
is also available.
