Yes.

No, the license gives an explicit exemption for compiled code
(emphasis mine):
all derivative works of the Software, UNLESS SUCH COPIES OR DERIVATIVE
WORKS ARE SOLELY IN THE FORM OF MACHINE-EXECUTABLE OBJECT CODE GENERATED BY
A SOURCE LANGUAGE PROCESSOR.
