Could you modify yystype.h to read:

#ifndef BOOST_GRAPH_YYSTYPE_H
#define BOOST_GRAPH_YYSTYPE_H

union yystype {
  int         i;
  void*       ptr;
};
#define YYSTYPE yystype

#endif // BOOST_GRAPH_YYSTYPE_H

This works for me and it if works for you as well, I'll commit the change.
