Hmm,

Atlas requires cygwin as minimum on WinXP. The install won't work with
msys from mingw.

I have a question about uBlas and ATLAS, and somewhat off topic. In fact
, i try to install ATLAS under WIN XP (with out cygwin) with out
success. My question is have any one succeed in installing this library
and whether uBlas can be used in the place of Atlas.
