I suppose I'd better shut up and go and read up on Boostbook then :)
I presume all Boost projects will be using this in the future, nice
consistent docs, loverly!

I'm afraid it's a bit too early for shameless free-software plug :-( OO.o
can't generate bookmarks or hyperlinks in PDF, which takes away one half of
PDF coolness. Boostbook does it all.
