Don't worry. The current uBLAS license follows the boost guidelines and
thus the uBLAS license is BSD-like. The issue is that everything is
being relicensed under the BSL to make things more transparant (= more
interesting for corporations). uBLAS might get 'bad points' if it does
not relicense using the BSL.

On a side note I can also mention that some of the uBLAS developers are
talking about starting a research project (proposed for funding to the
European Commision but also feel free to contact me if you are
non-european corporation or university) to perform further research and
development on a generic linear algebra library (which might be based on
uBLAS or not). If you are interested, send me a mail and I will send you
an early draft of our proposal.
