Sorry, should do what? WinDef.h defines min and max macros, if NOMINMAX is undefined. So date_time should somehow have specific behavior for windows headers?

There is no "#ifndef __cplusplus\n#endif" around min and max definition in WinDef.h, and IMHO shouldn't be.
