This is a shot in the dark, but why don't you try replacing

      BOOST_STATIC_CONSTANT(
          bool
        , value = sizeof(is_incrementable_::check(BOOST_comma(++x,0))) == 1
      );

with

      BOOST_STATIC_CONSTANT(
          int
        , value = sizeof(is_incrementable_::check(BOOST_comma(++x,0))) == 1
      );

Replace it? Where? All I did was include a boost file, and this compile 
error was produced!
