Oh dear!  Can you please take this up with Microsoft at

They clearly acknowledge this as a bug, but insist it was fixed in the July 
CTC, if that's not the case then they ought to know about it.  Please double 
check your installed VC++ version as well, to verify that it really is the 
July release you're invoking.  Unfortunately until Microsoft release another 
public beta, I can't test this for myself.
