Busy today, aren't you? ;-)
Here is what I did:
bjam -sTOOLS=vc-7_1 --libdir=c:\boost_1.33\lib
--includedir=c:\boost_1.33\include install
It's working flawlessly on my machine. Don't forget to call
vcvars32.bat before bjam.
