I don't think that's much help. It doesn't cover Boost.Build at all
(it only bears passing resemblance to Perforce Jam anymore), and
doesn't discuss many of the issues of concern for the developers of
Boost.Build

Of course, it may be that the world at large doesn't care about those
things :)
