You need to add the PSDK include and lib directories to the INCLUDE
and LIB environment variables respectively. Open Properties for My
Computer, go to the Advanced tab and you should see an Environment
Variables button there. Either add the directories to the relevant
environment variables or create them if they don't exist and set them
to the appropriate value.
