[Boost-users] Compiling Boost with VS 2005 and /clr option

Hi All:

When I attempt to compile boost using:
"bjam.exe -sTOOLS=vc-8_0_clr install"
I get the following error on some of the boost
modules:

'/MTd' and '/clr' command-line options are
incompatible

Has anyone encountered this problem?
