Hello,

I'm trying to implement the algorithm in the paper below and I'd like to
know if I need to do it myself, or whether it has been implemented as part
of the BGL as 'Betweenness Centrality Clustering'.

Could someone help, please. I just don't want to reinvent the wheel.
