Hi!

Where are your programs installed? Please verify that:
C:\Archivos de programa\Microsoft Visual Studio 8\Common7\Tools..\..\VC\bin\vcvars32.BAT
exists. Try to call it manually before starting the build.

bjam uses command line to build boost lib files. Before the build it appends to the shell's local
PATH variable the path with Visual C++ build tools.

After you got these errors try to execute cl.exe on this command line. If that failed, then the
vcvars32.bat was not executed correctly or even not found. May be you have VC on D-drive or in
another directory.
