[Boost-users] is mpl::for_each depricated?

Hi!

Unfortunately I can not find online documentation for the mpl::for_each algorithm. Which I know
from C++ Metaprogramming book. Is it depricated? I need at least the header file name. Would be
nice if docs would be updated, at least stating, that this function is depricated.
