Oh darn.  Thanks for letting me know.  Can you try 
http://freespace.virgin.net/boost.regex/toolkit/index.html and see if that 
gets you through?

Unfortunately the file size is just slightly too large to fit in the vault 
(there's a 2Mb restriction).

In the mean time I'll see if I can split the download into 2 for the vault.
