Hi!
just some small organizational questions about the attendance list. I will probably have to get a
visa for US, until now this list is optional. On the page is stated, that there should be around
90 participants. I am the number 89 in the list and the list is . When are you going to be more
concrete about the plans and will all people get a place or will you reduce the list? I would not
like make all the stress with getting a visa (very time and money consuming thing) if you somehow
rearrange the plans and say, that some of people on the wishlist will not be able to participate.
Is there any fee for the conference attendance or just a hotel booking and some other fees for
food etc.?
