[Boost-users] Andy Little's Physical Quantities System

Hi,
 
does anyone know where I can get a copy of Andy Little's Physical
Quantities System? I know it wasn't accepted, but I think it would be
useful for  a project I'm working on. It's no longer in the Boost File
Vault and I can't find it via Google.
