Blast, we don't have an official build toolset for VC8+STLport in 1.33.1 :-(

If you want to hack one up: in tools/build/v1 copy vc-7_1-stlport-tools.jam 
and call it vc-8_0-stlport-tools.jam, then replace all occurances of "71" in 
the file with "80", and use this as the build/install toolset as described 
in the getting started guide: http://www.boost.org/more/getting_started.html

Alternatively you could probably figure out how to build the thread lib in 
your favorite IDE.
