Hello Christian, thank you for the report; this typo was
already fixed in the CVS. You might want to use the Boost 1.34
version of the documentation, preview at:

  http://boost-consulting.com/boost/libs/multi_index/

as it incorporates many improvements and fixes collected during
the 15 months since Boost 1.33 was relased.
