There are 'alcoves' which are likely suitable for this purpose. I suspect
there are other places as well.

Feel free...the Boost wiki is open to use. Honestly, I doubt you'll actually
need to setup a schedule....you'll probably just be able to do it when you
feel like it.

There's always a cell phone with speaker capabilities. Or maybe an chat? IRC?
