I added -D_CRT_SECURE_NO_DEPRECATE and -D_SECURE_SCL=0 to BOOST_JAM_CC
under the _vc8_ toolset in build.bat, but it doesn't seem to have any
effect.  Maybe I've done this in the wrong place...
