This most likely occurs if you have something like the following in more
than
one module:

#include "water.hpp" // which icludes BOOST...EXPORT
#include "../?iarchive.hpp"
#include "../?oarchive.hpp"

to fix this - make sure you include .../archive.hpp in only one module.
