What are you trying to do? Building the library or building a program.
If you want to build the library, 1st get bjam from here: http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=7586&package_id=72941
Download boost-jam-3.1.14-1.ntx38.zip
You will get from the zip file bjam.exe which you then do not need to build yourself!

The next step is to build the boost library itself using bjam.
I think the best is 1st to put the path to mingw from CodeBlock in your PATH environnement variable (Control Panel/System/Advanced/Environment variables)
Then I think bjam can find alone the path to your gcc.

using Code Blocks i got the following message:ld.exe "Cannot find -lboost_filesystem-mgw-mt-s-l_33_l"Then I do: cd C:\Documents and
Settings\Administrateur\Bureau\boost_1_34_0\boost_1_34_0\tools\jam\src thenC:\Documents and Settings\Administrateur\Bureau\boost_1_34_0\boost_1_34_0\tools\jam\src\build.batThen I set the following
variables:BOOST_ROOT= C:\Documents and Settings\src\boostand BOOST_BUILD_PATH=C:\Documents and Settings\src\boost\tools\build\v2. I don't know what to do now.

You have told me the version of boost was the solution but it isn't.
I ask you because I suppose that as a Boost user , you have already configured Bjam.

I've  run build.bat (see bjam.qbk) then i've set the variables BOOST_ROOT and BOOST_BUILD_PATH but I get the message again.
What is the solution?
