I built process_jam_log from the sources in ../tools/regression/...

When I run it from ../libs/serialization/test  I get:

$ process_jam_log --v2 <bjam.log
boost_root: C:/Boost134
locate_root: C:/Boost134
*****Warning - can't open output file: 
C:/Boost134/../../bin.v2/libs/serialization/test/test_demo_fast_archive_dll.test/msvc-.1/debug/threading-multi/test_log.xml

Which doesn't seem correct to me.  What's up with this?
