[Boost-users] How to build on win64 with intel?

I'm trying to build on WinXP 64 with the following command line:

bjam --toolset=intel address-model=64 --with-signals stage

However, every compile-c-c++ line gives me a popup window on my machine stating:

"Windows cannot open this file:

File: trackable.obj.rsp

To open this file, Windows needs to know what program created it.
Windows can go online....blah blah blah blah"

And of course my build fails.  Anyone know what to do about this, or
what is screwed up in my environment?
